Agreement between User and Trend Technologies
The Trend Technologies Website is comprised of various Web pages operated by Trend Technologies.
The Trend Technologies Website is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of these Terms of Use and your use of the Trend Technologies Website constitutes your agreement to all such terms.
No Unlawful or Prohibited Use

- use the Trend Technologies Website in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Trend Technologies Website or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Website
- obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available or provided for through the Trend Technologies Website
- attempt to interfere with the regular workings of Trend Technologies systems or activity which adversely affects the ability of others to use Trend Technologies services, including, but not limited to:
a. any unauthorised attempts by a user to gain access to any account on any Trend Technologies system not belonging to that user
b. any use of a Trend Technologies system as a staging ground to disable other systems
- harvest or collect information about the users of the Trend Technologies Website or use such information for the purpose of transmitting or facilitating transmission of unsolicited bulk email or communications for any other commercial purpose of your own or a third party
- post content which:
a. is illegal, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, deceptive, fraudulent, invasive of another's privacy, tortious, obscene, sexually explicit or graphic
b. harasses, degrades, or intimidates an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or disability
c. constitutes unauthorised or unsolicited advertising, junk or bulk email (also known as spamming), chain letters, any other form of unauthorised solicitation, or any form of lottery or gambling
d. contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs that are designed or intended to disrupt, damage, or limit the functioning of any software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment or to damage or obtain unauthorised access to any data or other information of any third party
- impersonate any person or entity, including any employee or representative of Trend Technologies
Trend Technologies has the right to remove any content that, in its sole judgment, does not comply with these Terms of Use or is otherwise harmful or objectionable. Trend Technologies is not liable for any failure, delay, damages or results, in removing such content.
You agree that your use of the Trend Technologies Website may be suspended or terminated immediately upon receipt of any notice which alleges that you have used the Trend Technologies Website in violation of these Rules and/or for any purpose that violates any law, including but not limited to the posting of information that may violate third party rights, that may defame a third party, that may be obscene or pornographic, that may harass or assault others, that may violate hacking or other criminal regulations. In such event, you agree that Trend Technologies may disclose your identity and contact information, if requested by a government or law enforcement agency or as a result of a legal action, and that Trend Technologies shall not be liable for damages or results thereof, and you agree not to bring any action or claim against Trend Technologies for such disclosure.
Any unlisted activity that is illegal, irresponsible or disruptive may also be a violation of the Terms of Use.

The Trend Technologies Website may contain links to other Websites ("Linked Sites"). The Linked Sites are not under the control of Trend Technologies and Trend Technologies is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site, including without limitation any link contained in a Linked Site, or any changes or updates to a Linked Site. Trend Technologies is not responsible for webcasting or any other form of transmission received from any Linked Site. Trend Technologies is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Trend Technologies of the site or any association with its operators.

Trend Technologies makes no warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, for the services provided through this Website. Trend Technologies excludes to the extent permissible by law any warranty of merchantability, quality or fitness for a particular purpose.
