To request service from Trend Technologies, please complete the Service Request Form below. Please note that:

  • the TPRO User Guide and/or Frequently Asked Questions may provide the information you are seeking
  • it is important to provide as much (specific) information as you can about your service request
  • support is generally available between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays)
  • response time is inversely proportional to the priority of the service request.
