How does Trend Technologies provide support for TPRO?
- Via an easy to follow and comprehensive TPRO User Guide and FAQs
- Onsite training can be requested for ECE service staff members (who may then assist others) - maximum of five people per training session
- A Service Desk is available (for support and service requests which cannot be resolved by any of the TPRO trained ECE service staff)
Some free support hours are included in the subscription plan (except for individual subscribers) but additional support is also available at an hourly rate, if required.
What does a typical one hour TPRO training session cover?
- Navigation basics, including the most efficient way to access Service-Related Staff Records
- How to add and edit professional development records
- How to grant your manager (and registration supervisor if applicable) access to your professional development folder
Note: TPRO training sessions can easily be tailored to an ECE service's requirements.
