• open the Registration Form in Microsoft Word
• complete the fields electronically (ECE centres/services, please list all prospective users on one form)
• email the form to
• print and sign a hardcopy of the form and send it to Trend Technologies at 12 Conway Place, Chartwell, Hamilton 3210

• print two copies of the Subscriber Agreement
• sign two copies of the Subscriber Agreement and initial each page of both
• a witness also needs to be present to sign the Agreements
• send the two signed copies of the Subscriber Agreement to Trend Technologies at 12 Conway Place, Chartwell, Hamilton 3210 (one copy will be retained by Trend Technologies and the other returned)

• Upon receipt of the ECE TPRO Registration Form and copies of the Subscriber Agreement, Trend Technologies will invoice you
• Upon payment of the invoice, Trend Technologies will carry out the required set-up work and return a signed copy of the Subscriber Agreement

• Each user will receive a 'TPRO set-up information' email which details the relevant steps for getting started (and provides access to the TPRO User Guide).
• Please ensure your computer meets the system and security requirements outlined in the TPRO User Guide (Trend Technologies can assist with this if necessary).

• Each user will receive an email with their assigned TPRO user name. They then need to follow the instructions in the email within 72 hours to activate their account, and then log in to the TPRO site. (See 'Logging in to TPRO' in the TPRO User Guide.)
• Once a user has successfully logged in, Trend Technologies is then able to complete the remaining set-up work for the user's account.

• Trend Technologies can provide training or additional services on request (maximum 5 staff members per training session) - please see Registration Form for details on cost.
• Some free support hours are included in the subscription plan (except for individual subscribers).
