Initial TPRO Set-up

Technical set-up work by Trend Technologies is required for each ECE service staff member before TPRO can be used.

Set-up fee per staff member = $56 + GST ($63 incl GST)

What the Annual Subscription covers

The annual Subscription Fee includes:

  • access to the User Guide
  • a base level of support via the Service Desk
  • hosting
  • data backup
  • TPRO maintenance, updates and upgrades

Additional Services

Services such as additional support are available from Trend Technologies at an hourly rate of $100 + GST, if required.
