Initial TPRO Set-up

Various set-up work is required for each school staff member before TPRO can be used.

Set-up fee per staff member = $56 + GST ($63 incl GST)

Annual TPRO Subscription

The annual Subscription Fee includes: hosting; maintenance, updates and upgrades to TPRO; Data backup; and a base level of support via the Service Desk.

*For school subscriptions, please count the number of current staff with records in TPRO, and (when applicable) the number of former staff whose records are archived in TPRO (because archived records incur ongoing costs). Note that the number of years that a former staff member's records are archived in TPRO is entirely at the school's discretion.

Note: If new staff members join a school during the year causing the school to move into a higher Subscription Fee band, Trend Technologies reserves the right to invoice the school for the additional (pro rata) Subscription Fee.

TPRO Training

If requested, Trend Technologies can provide onsite TPRO training for school staff (maximum of five staff per training session).

Training Fee per Hour = $100 + GST ($112.50 incl GST)

Note: School to cover cost of travel and accommodation (and any other expenses incurred), if applicable.

Additional Services

Services such as additional support are available from Trend Technologies at an hourly rate of $100 + GST, if required.
